You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost or arrives damaged before it’s marked as delivered by the carrier, we’ll work with our partners and the carrier to help resolve it. Please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order hasn’t arrived.

AFTER DELIVERY

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, TruthCode Collective can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.
